We want you to love your Bolsetta purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging, with tags attached

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@bolsetta.com to initiate a return. Please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue (if any)

Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once approved, we’ll send you:

A prepaid return shipping label

Step-by-step instructions for sending your item back
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Final sale items or gift cards

Custom or personalized products

Opened or used personal care items (e.g., beauty tools)

Perishable goods, flammable liquids, or hazardous materials

Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original once approved. That way, you’ll get your replacement faster and minimize delays.\
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—whether that means sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or providing store credit.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason—no questions asked. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the funds
